Our Performance Workshop explores topics learnt on the Mountain Training coaching pathway and BMC Workshops, and helps coaches understand how to apply knowledge in a real-world environment. It covers a range of topics to support NICAS Climbing Level 5, and NICAS Bouldering Levels 4 and 5.

Our Movement Workshop brings coaches up to speed with the NICAS syllabuses, movement skills within climbing, and related resources, as well as exposing coaches to some simple coaching models, gamification and inclusivity. Its contents meet the needs of NICAS Climbing and Bouldering Levels 1-3.
