For those attending the ABC Conference in Sheffield this September, we invite you to join us as Sarah Jones from Access Sport and our Managing Director Nick Parkin present the concepts and ethos of NICAS Ascend.
This new NICAS scheme – designed for and tried and tested with disabled and neurodivergent climbers – is the brainchild of Sarah, a climbing coach with a background in disability sport and teaching.
NICAS is really excited to bring NICAS Ascend to life using Sarah’s framework and with input from climbing industry representatives. Following a brief presentation, this session will be your chance to get hands on with NICAS Ascend in small groups. Have a look and feel, ask questions and connect with the scheme.
We will be delighted to get feedback for our next steps as we look at piloting and rolling out NICAS Ascend.
